East Congregational Church continues to gather… from a distance. Here's a screen capture of East Church's second virtual worship experience on Sunday, March 22. It is estimated that 90 folks were present in some form (some by phone, some by computer), from locations spanning as many as 6 states, with ages ranging from 2 to 92! Huge thanks to Beth for administering the interactive Zoom conference call, Pastor Shelly for leading the worship, Lynn for live music, and later Mark for assembling the various audio and video sources for broadcast on Milton Access TV. Following the worship portion, Beth was able to divide the attendees into smaller breakout sessions several times, so we got Coffee Hour as well! Thank you organizers and attendees for all you do to maintain spirits assaulted by this calamity.
